Lenovo has finally begun taking pre-orders for its 13.3-inch U300e ultrabook, which was shown earlier this year at CES. The company appears to have increased the notebook's price since it was first introduced, however, jumping from $799 to $959 without any apparent change in the basic specs. 


The new ultraportable laptop is powered by Intel’s Core i5-2467M Sandy Bridge 1.6GHz processor with 4GB of DDR3 RAM and integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000. The U300e weighs less than 1.32kg/3lbs and is just 14mm thick and features minimalist deisgn with full aluminum shell. 
Lenovo’s U300e Ultrabook has a 13.3-inch 1366×768 display with an integrated 1.3 Megapixel webcam. It comes with 500GB (model U300e-269224U) or 750GB (model U300e-269225U) hard drive and 32GB SSD for storage. The notebook features Breathable Keyboard, an Intel Advanced Cooling Technology that allows the laptop to run cooler by letting airflow through the keyboard. The IdeaPad U300e supports Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi connectivity, and features integrated HD audio with 1Wx2 speakers and SRS Premium Surround Sound. It also provides HDMI output.
